Last Friday Sally took the whole class to Macleans reserve to test the temperature and Ph and nitrate levels in the stream . We walked to Macleans reserve . When we got there we ate morning tea.  After morning tea we went into groups, then tested the temperature. Sally told the right temperature for the water bugs was 20 degrees.  The temperature was 20 degrees.  Then we tested the Ph.  The right Ph for the water bugs was 7Ph.  We got 7 Ph.  Then we tested the nitrate levels. The best nitrate level for the water bugs was 0 and we got 0.  The water was dirty, muddy and green.
