Today at 5.00pm the Family Fun Night started. It has been much anticipated, owing to the weather-related postponement of it late last year. 

It was well worth waiting for, as it allowed the multi-=purpose surface to be opened amid much excitement and family-centred activities.

Mrs Dorothy Bigwood, [Principal], Mrs Philippa Boyes [PTA co-chairperson] and  The Honorable Maurice Williamson [MP] gave short but poignant speeches before Mr Williamson cut the ribbon and announced the field open.

This was immediately followed by a vigorous netball game between students and teachers.
