Room 3 went to study old inventions in MOTAT, the place of inventions. First we went to the meeting spot and talked about all the things we were going to do. Then we got into groups. We all ran like dogs to the k900 and answered the questions and learned all about where the driver went and that they would put coal into a fire box to keep the steam going.

The school was very weird. There was a rule where you’re not allowed to write with your left hand. Back then they used feathers and ink which looked very hard to write with.

Then we all went to Abby who talked to us about old inventions and new inventions. We had a little play around with them and then went to write our names in ink and on a typewriter.

It was amazing at Motat. I can’t wait to go again.
