This term Middle School students will be conducting an inquiry unit called “Technological Advances”. We are inquiring into the impact of scientific and technological advances on society and on the environment.
To support our unit of Inquiry, the Middle School classes will be visiting MOTAT during Week 6 on the 16 and 17 November. The day will include a session with an Educator, a self-guided tour through the museum and a tram ride. We will require parents to help with this trip.
The Year 3 team will travel by bus to MOTAT on Wednesday 16 November and the Year 4 team will be going on Thursday 17 November. Both teams will leave school at 9.00am and will return by 3.00pm.
Your child will need to wear full school uniform, including a hat, and bring morning tea, lunch and a water bottle. The cost for this trip is $16.00 and this can be paid through “Wrap it Up”.
