Dear Whānau,

If you have already completed this survey, please DO NOT submit it again.  Thank you.

Congratulations on working together to stamp out Covid-19.  As a country, I think we are doing a great job, and we are well on our way.  Following on from the Prime Minister’s announcement this afternoon, we will move to alert level 3 on the 29th of April.  Schools will open on the 29th of April, however, this is only for those students whose parents are both returning to their physical workplace during school hours and there is no other person available to look after them.  Ideally, we want students to stay in their bubble, and where possible this means students continuing to learn from home.  Further details are outlined in the survey.

Please can each family take five minutes to fill in a survey this evening to enable us to plan for the 29th, which as you can appreciate is going to require complex thinking and organisation.  Please note that all schools have been given a teacher only day on the 28th of April to prepare for alert level 3, so there will be no online learning on this day.

If you have already completed this survey, please DO NOT submit it again.  Thank you.

Many thanks,

Kelly
