In New Zealand there aren’t many scary animals.

But in Canada there are a lot of dangerous animals like snakes, bears, wolves and cougars. And there are a lot of different animals like raccoons or skunks. 

There are lots of signs that say keep on the path because there are a lot of animals that can harm you. You probably don’t want to know any of the stories because they are very, very, VERY gruesome. 

The scariest thought is how the bears are always looking for garbage around your house at night and how my dad says if I can’t go to sleep he’ll make me sleep out side in the cold with all the big mean bears. Luckily it’s never happened.
