Have you ever smelled summer?

Sure you have                                                                                                  

Have you ever seen the flowers blooming?                                                        

I loved smelling the grass.                                                                              

 That was Summer

Remember that time                                                                                    

When you were rushing

down the  zoom slide down the mountain                                                                            

Did you feel the water

splashing in your face?                                                                                                                    

That was summer

You smelled the bees honey ?                                                                              

And they kept stinging you                                                                              

You had to put cream on                                                                        

That was summer

Remember that time                                                                                          

When we had a family picnic?                                                                             

And some animal kept coming and stealing  our food

It was a squirrel                                                                             

That was summer

Remember that time                                                                                          

When we rolled down the hills  together?                                                                                                              

And the itchy grass                                                                      

Was so tall and it was stuck to our clothes                                                    

And we had to take a shower                                                                            

That was summer.
