On Thursday the 26th of May all of the Year 5s went to Motat for a school trip.  We arrived on a bus. The bus was loud, I was sitting with Brianna on the way there. When we got there a very kind lady called Abby told us some rules. Then she brought us to the meeting spot and we had some morning tea. After morning tea we went to go to have a look at the trams.  Unfortunately the tram was not working so we went to have a look at the other tram. It was awesome! It had two decks. It also had seats that can switch sides so if the tram is going the other way you can switch the seat so you are not going backwards. After that we went into the classroom to get taught about inventions and olden days things. My favourite part was the typewriters. Then we went back to the meeting point and had some lunch.  After that we had our last activity and that was the trail.   The trail is a map with places which we have to find and we also have to figure out a question at the end.   My favourite place was the olden day classroom. The desk looked weird . Then we went to the meeting point and packed up.  After we packed up we sadly left Motat.  It was great fun and I definitely want to go there again.
