Dear Parents
As previously mentioned BBPS has reviewed and practiced its emergency lockdown routines today. An outside consultant, Julia Harrison, has trained the children and staff in best practice procedures and an scenario was then practiced. We are very pleased to report that the practice went smoothly and we are very proud of students and staff.
In an real emergency the school would communicate with its parent community initially via email/text with updates on our website. Parents are reminded that they should not come to the school during a lockdown.
It is critical that we have your most up to date contact details and that you are familiar with our website and school newsletters.
