On Wednesday 12th of October, five schools competed in a fun and challenging activity in the BBPS hall. Students were selected to design, build and create a solar powered car. They were given a design brief prior to the challenge and the students were asked to work together as a team and create a model car that actually worked through the use of one solar panel, two small motors and gear that they had sourced themselves. The BBPS team did extremely well as they came second place and received a backpack with a cool drink bottle provided by Vector.
