I was in the 2nd row and the teacher blew the whistle. “Toot” and we were off, we ran through the alleyway. We had to stay to the left. I was coming 4th, Noah, Felix and somebody else was in front of me and then we turned up to Golf Crest and I was still coming 4th. Then I heard my Aunty, Mum and Dad shouting at me, “Keep going Liam, get in front of everyone!” I then took off like a cheetah. I heard someone say, “Well done you are half way!” We were running down past heaps of houses and then we got back into the school ground fitness track. I had a sprinting race with Noah and Felix. I just bet Noah by a second. I felt proud of myself.
