On Friday Room 2  did an experiment where we took a balloon and  we stuck a skewer through the thickest part at the bottom.  Then we went through the thickest part on the top. I was about to scream because there were a few holes sounding like they were forks scraping on a plate.  Everyone at my table was screaming.  They were so scared.  I was a milli metre away from popping the balloon.  Everyone was struggling to get the skewer through the thick parts of the balloon.  It made me shake like  I  was dumped with ice cold water, but somehow I made it through.  I was so shocked how something so sharp could go through a balloon.  I enjoyed this experiment because I thought it was impossible to take something sharp through just a balloon.
